Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 28, 2026 · Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how NexSolid (“NexSolid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Offerli mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Offerli is operated by NexSolid. For privacy inquiries, contact us at support@offerli.app.
2. Scope
This policy applies to information processed in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or apps that we do not control, even if linked from our app or website.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in the categories below, depending on how you use the Services.
3.1 Account and authentication
- Email address and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
- Profile or workspace identifiers associated with your organization’s account.
3.2 Content you provide
- Proposal-related content you create or upload (for example: titles, descriptions, line items, custom fields, signatures or logo images where you choose to upload them).
- Business contacts or recipients’ email addresses when you send or prepare proposals.
3.3 Usage and device information
- Device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
- In-app notifications: where enabled, we process device tokens so we can deliver notifications (for example, when a recipient opens a proposal link).
3.4 Communications
- Transactional emails related to your account or proposals (such as invitations or messages that include tracked viewing links). We do not use such emails for advertising unless you separately opt in.
3.5 Payments
If you purchase a subscription or in-app offering, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies. We receive limited transaction-related information from those platforms (for example, subscription status), not your full payment card details.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including templates, PDF generation, and delivery of proposal links).
- Authenticate users, enforce access rules within your organization, and protect accounts.
- Send service-related notifications you expect (for example, read-receipt style alerts when permitted by your settings).
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Analyze aggregate or de-identified usage to improve product quality (we do not sell your personal content to third parties for their marketing).
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland users)
Where applicable data protection laws require a “legal basis,” we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, internal analytics in a proportionate manner); consent where we ask for it (for example, optional marketing or certain non-essential tracking, if offered); and legal obligation where the law requires processing.
6. How we share information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: We use trusted vendors to host infrastructure, send email, authenticate users, deliver push notifications, and provide security and operations. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.
- Your organization: Content and activity may be visible to administrators or colleagues within the same company workspace according to product permissions.
- Recipients: When you send a proposal, recipients receive only what you choose to send (for example a viewing link or related message).
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account or certain data subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (for example, minimal records for security or compliance).
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and device security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@offerli.app. You can also control some data through in-app settings and your device’s notification permissions.
11. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Third-party services
Sign-in, notifications, or distribution platforms (such as Apple, Google, or authentication providers) have their own privacy policies. Their practices govern information processed directly by them when you use their services.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, in-app notice or email).
